Both your incoming and outgoing mail servers will be,
mail.yourdomain.com
If you are having difficulty sending mail with these settings it is possible that your (ISP) Internet Service Provider is blocking port 25 which is required to send email via SMTP protocol.
Contact your ISP and ask if they are blocking email ports, if they are you will need to use their mail server for sending email.
